Supervision of works involves careful control that the dimensions, measurements and layouts have been followed in accordance with the original plans.

To react quickly and adequately to bad weather situations, our supervisor is on site, easily reachable and able to implement the planned systems avoiding flooded basements or damaged materials.

All of the permanent equipment which determines the operation of our company has been carefully selected to ensure the smooth running of the site.

Even if you do not have the opportunity to personally follow our work, rest assured that we will do our best to respect the terms of the contract planned and signed on time. We communicate the actual deadlines to you as the work progresses and we undertake to notify you in the event of the slightest delay caused by unforeseen circumstances.

The design can be broken down into five sequential steps. First, the needs analysis makes it possible to establish the problem (s) and the constraints. Then, our engineers are able to imagine a first concept allowing them to propose a preliminary design, based on more sophisticated calculations taking into account a wider range of parameters. Subsequently, our engineers increase the precision of the details to produce the detailed design which leads to the finality of their work, in particular the construction / realization of the work.

The purpose of the design is illustrated by a plan, certain elements of which are detailed and specified in the estimate.

Our engineers exhaustively document each of the design stages so that they can be fully understood by a third party, for revision or subsequent modifications, for example. Any item (raw data, calculations, notes, meeting reports, computer files, etc.) is entered in a structured file, so as to facilitate consultation.
